1 What is "usability"? (Google it!!)

Usability usually refers to software but is relevant to any product. Some ways to improve usability include:
shortening the time to accomplish tasks,
reducing the number of mistakes made,
reducing learning time,
and improving people's satisfaction with a system.

2 Visit Vincent Flanders's WebPagesThatSuck and read about The Biggest Web Design Mistakes of 2004, then read read "What Would Amazon Do?"
Now visit Jakob Nielsen's useIt.com and read Amazon: No Longer The Role Model for eCommerce Design.

3 Who do you think is right? Flanders or Nielsen? Why?
I think Vincent Flanders is right cause it is not about the fancy design or plugins or stuff is about selling and the design works well

4 Research the backgrounds of Flanders and Nielsen. Which of the two is more entertaining? Which is more academic?
Vincent is more fun oriented than Flanders

5 Now the important question -- which is more accessible?
I think vincent is because you can apply more ideas from him
